Andrew Mann

Mr. Mann is a seasoned entrepreneur and an Unfortunate Dented One.
Prior to founding DentBetty, Mann led NTH, a telemedicine project to assist consumers with the early detection of cancer,
and Common Object, a company that successfully built a massive heterogeneous database platform to enable
collaborative ecommerce for millions of users.
He has also served in various public and private technology investment roles at Eureka Capital Management LLC and
Fidelity Management and Research.
He earned a CFA in 1993 and is an honors graduate of Harvard College ‘86. His car is the one on the homepage with that nasty dent.

Amy Lee
CTO & System Architect

Ms. Lee currently leads the design and implementation of DentBetty. She brings over 13 years of experience as both a front-end
and back-end developer using technologies including Java, Ruby on Rails, Perl, JavaScript and AJAX, jQuery and Prototype, MySQL
and Oracle. She is a strong proponent of user-centered design. Her career has taken her from the large corporate atmosphere
of Cisco Systems to several startups in the Bay Area, most recently innovative photo database technology developer Xoopit that
was acquired by Yahoo! in 2009.
Lee earned her bachelor of Computer Science degree from Santa Clara University.

Alec Murray
People Logic
|
Mr. Murray is a senior consultant at People Logic, which helps make the best practices of top leaders in an organization
common to all leaders in that organization. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Century Capital
Management, a Boston based manager of public and private equities, as Managing Partner at W/F Investments, a private
investment firm that invests in early stage companies, and as a Director of Research at MFS Investment Management, where
he oversaw a team responsible for $8 billion of equity investments. Murray began his career in the equity research department
at Fidelity Management & Research Company. He holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth and currently lives
with his wife and two boys outside of Boston, where he is constantly getting dents in his wife’s SUV. He looks forward
to rolling out DentBetty in the Boston market.

Grant Erickson
Nuovations

Mr. Erickson is Principal and founder of Nuovations and brings to it a passion for and experience with disruptive, market-changing
innovation and a big-picture approach to products and marketplace solutions. Prior to founding Nuovations, Erickson was a
senior engineer and project manager for Apple Computer, Inc. in Cupertino, CA, working on its mobile entertainment products,
including both the iPod and iPhone lines. Prior to joining Apple in 2004, he was an early member of the software team
at Brocade in San Jose, CA, working in various engineering capacities across their entry-level, mid-range and enterprise
storage networking product lines. Prior to joining Brocade in 1998, Erickson worked on the Global File System, which would
later be spun off into Sistina Software and eventually be acquired by Red Hat. In addition, Erickson held positions at Ciprico
and Control Data Systems. Erickson holds both an MSEE and a BSEE Magna Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota.

Kelly Wilson
Currenex

Mr. Wilson is Chief Software Architect and manager of the Vancouver office of Currenex, a currency exchange company. The system
which has been personally developed by Wilson features a home-grown message based distributed platform written in Java and backed
by an Oracle database. His current attention is on the architectural demands of high performance production systems that require
very large scale service, immediate availability, and complex support infrastructures. Prior he served at Common Object as a
software developer working on a PHP/MySQL demo and the later Java based production system with an Oracle database, tomcat, JSP,
servlets, and related technologies.

David Goldenberg

Mr. Goldenberg is a Founding Partner of VLP. Prior to VLP, he was a co-founder and partner of Lion Tech Law, general counsel
for Mediabolic, Inc., and an attorney at Morrison & Foerster, one of the country's premier law firms, for nearly seven years.
At MoFo, he completed a variety of transactions, including venture capital financings, IPOs, SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions,
licensing, executive compensation and other general corporate matters. He completed at least thirty venture capital
financings of all types during his tenure (preferred stock, common stock, convertible debt, secured loan,
bridge, warrants, and other types of financing), and multiple mergers at all size levels, from $6M to $1.9B,
as well as licensing, strategic partner, and IPO transactions.
Goldenberg graduated from Stanford Law School in 1996, where he was Chair (Managing Editor) of the Stanford Journal of Law,
Business & Finance. Prior to that, he received his bachelor's degree from Stanford University with honors (where he was
admitted to Phi Beta Kappa). He is a member of the State Bar of California.
